The ROSE project
With the ROSE "Readiness Of Slovenian E-invoicing" project, we have aligned eInvoicing in Slovenia with the European Directive 2014/55/EU on electronic invoicing in public procurement and the European standard EN 16931 on electronic invoices in the public sector and the economy.
The ROSE project results
The project was completed in May 2018 and the main results of the project are:
- upgrading of the eSLOG 1.6 standard to version 2.0 in accordance with the European standard EN 16931
- establishment of a National registry of eInvoice recipients
- upgrading the PPA’s single entry and exit point for exchanging eInvoices with budget users
- establishing a solution for exchanging eInvoices with contracting entities
- the implementation of eDelivery AS4 Access Point, which provides the conditions for local and national operability and cross-border communication
- education and promotion
